(حسین نوروش وجدان) (زاده ۱۸ خرداد ۱۳۶۹ تهران-ایران) که بیشتر با نام هنری «مشکوک» شناخته می‌شود، خواننده رپ، ترانه‌سرا و تهیه‌کننده موسیقی ایرانی است. وی فعالیت خود را در سبک رپ و هیپ هاپ از سال 1384 آغاز کرد. محتوای آثار مشکوک صریح، اجتماعی و مفهومی است. او از ابتدا بدون مجوز قانونی از دولت به کار زیرزمینی مشغول بوده است. همچنین بنیانگذار استودیوی ضبط کژدم ریکوردز و شرکت تولید موسیقی بانی هنر است
